Bookings:
Advance bookings are essential (24 hours min)
Credit card details or 50% deposit to secure your reservation
No tours are available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day or Good Friday


General Tour Policy:
No pre purchased alcohol permitted on tours
No liability shall be accepted due to injury or property damage or any loss or other
  expenses arising from the service provider


Cancellation Policy:
Strict cancellation policy applies
Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior- 10% cancellation fee will be charged
Reservations cancelled 2 to 7 days prior – 50% cancellation fee will be charged
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours – no refund will be given
During peak periods no refunds will be given
